▶ 발표 및 포스터

• 학술대회 발표 언어는 한국어입니다.

• 포스터는 학술대회 시작부터 종료 시까지 부착하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

• 포스터 초록은 입력하신 내용 그대로 초록집에 반영되므로, 제출 전 반드시 미리보기를 통해 내용 확인을 부탁드립니다. (발표자 및 교신저자 표시 여부 확인 필수)

▶ 제공 물품

• 펜, 가방, 노트, 기념품은 별도로 제공되지 않습니다.

• 초록집은 온라인으로 제공됩니다.

▶ 취소 및 환불

• 학술대회 개최일 기준 20일 전(2026년 1월 17일)까지 취소가 가능하며, 이후에는 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

- All submission deadlines must be strictly observed.
  (Revised poster abstracts submitted after registration will not be accepted.)

- The registration fee includes conference participation and one lunch.

- The abstract book will be provided online only.

- The official language of the conference is Korean.

- Posters must be displayed from the beginning to the end of the conference.

- Poster abstracts will be published exactly as submitted.
- Please carefully review the content before submission, including presenter and corresponding author information.

- Stationery items such as pens, bags, and notebooks will not be provided.

- Cancellation and refund are available up to 20 days before the conference date(by January 17, 2026). No cancellations or refunds will be accepted thereafter.
